SUMMARY
Displays ability to handle accounts independently. Motivated self-starter. Team Player. Individual works with both the Team Leader and Department Head on continued development. Has ability to handle client meetings, questions, etc. independently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall account responsibility
  • Coordinate/develop project details with client and/or sales representative
  • Develop project schedules and timelines
  • Prepare work-orders, print requests, agency directions, data processing instructions as needed
  • Schedule projects with in-house departments
  • Maintain client contact throughout project
  • Work with administrative staff on inventory, i.e. receivers, staging, orders, etc.
  • On job completion, compile paperwork and price out projects for invoicing
  • Develop key client contacts and relationships for continued business development
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years service experience.
